As Director of Client Relations, Kate assists KTP’s clients in managing all aspects of their retiree health care plans and pharmacy benefit programs.
Kate has over seven years of experience in managing large retiree group health plans and she is an expert in logistics, communications and plan management.
Kate serves as the primary client liaison responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of their retiree health and welfare benefits. Among her many responsibilities, Kate manages the RFP process and executes all current and new client implementation processes and procedures. Kate prides herself on being recognized as a best-in-class partner, always willing to go the extra mile in providing timely, personalized and strategic solutions to our clients.
She graduated from the University of Rhode Island where she earned her B.S. in textile design. An accomplished equestrian, Kate also volunteers as an aid to Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients.
