Decision Support: Decision support tools of bswift include an interactive benefits advisor or avatar, ‘Ask Emma,’ that walks the consumer through the enrollment process. Ask Emma gets to know the personal needs and preferences of the employee and helps the his or her identify which plans participate with specific providers. Using these answers, Ask Emma presents the plans that best fit the specific needs of the employee and guides the employee through finding the plan that best fits the employee’s expected utilization pattern.
